On the fourth day, the individual is instructed to eat bananas and drink skim milk with soup. Day Menu consists of five to ten to twenty ounces of beef and tomatoes. The dieter is told to drink as much water as possible to remove uric acid from the body. Once again, you can eat cabbage soup as much as they wish.
