LINDA McCARTNEY PHOTOS ON DISPLAY IN LONDON

LONDON (AP) – Paul McCartney himself chose the photos of Linda McCartney that will be put on display at a gallery in London. Linda McCartney was a professional photographer before she met Paul. The prints include portraits of John Lennon, Mick Jagger, Janis Joplin and Simon and Garfunkel. It also features family photos of the McCartneys and their children, as well as landscapes and interiors. One self-portrait shows Linda as she was receiving chemotherapy for breast cancer that shows her reflection in a broken mirror, with an empty couch and a bust of a poet. Twenty-five prints of 28 photos are for sale, with the starting price at $9,500 each.
