Hey Everyone,

I am just finishing the 3rd week of my mom make-over.  It has been a truly awesome experience.  The thing I love about this make over is that its not just about looking better…its about feeling better too.  Lisa at Blue Moon Yoga has been meeting with me weekly and we wrork out (HARD!) and talk.  She has helped me relax, take stock in the important things and focus on health, love, and the good things in life.  Stephanie at “A Better You” is really helping me with my diet, its coming along great!  I am re-learning to eat things that are good for me, and I am feelin’ fine!  Next week, I head off to Glen Goldbaum in Red Bank, and we’ll figure out what to do for perfect hair.  Enjoy the weekend!  Have fun and be safe.
