LOS ANGELES (AP) - Former Joy Division and New Order guitarist Bernard Sumner is caught up in visa issues. His band, Bad Lieutenant, was supposed to perform in the U.S. both as a headliner and as an opening act for The Pixies starting next week. Sumner says he’s “extremely disappointed” and plans to reschedule for the spring.
