Brookdale Public Radio Gets 9th Straight Award

For the ninth year in a row, Brookdale Public Radio, 90.5 The NIGHT has been recognized for its continuing support of local Monmouth County musicians, by winning the coveted Asbury Music Award’s “Top Radio Station (To Support Local Music)” at the annual celebration of local music held at the legendary Stone Pony Saturday night.
“Everyone at the station has worked so hard to support the local music community”, said Tom Brennan, Station Manager. He added, “All of our efforts go toward serving every aspect of our community, from the vibrant music scene to all of the local community groups in Monmouth and Ocean Counties.”
90.5 The NIGHT has gained its reputation for backing the efforts of the local music scene by continually giving unsigned musicians a platform for their art to be heard. This commitment goes beyond it’s on-air reach.
