HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) — Good Humor lovers could be in a bad mood.
The company says there’s a shortage of the classic Toasted Almond Bar. Supplies of the Candy Center Crunch and Chocolate Eclair bars are also limited. The Good Humor crunch comes just as the Northeast bakes in the first heat wave of the season. Parent company Unilever says the shortage stems from switching manufacturing plants where the treats are produced. The plant in Hagerstown, Maryland, is being closed. The company says the tight supplies should ease at the end of next month.
