Port Authority bill in NJ
The state Senate has failed to override Governor Christie’s veto of a bill that sought more oversight of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Christie vetoed the bill in July. It would have forced the Port Authority to hold more public meetings before voting on toll hikes.
