Monitor: NJ tax system 2nd worst among 50 states

New Jersey us the second worst state for business tax climate in the United States.  That’s according to the Tax Foundation, a nonpartisan government fiscal monitor that ranks the states’ tax systems for businesses each year.  Jersey ranks in the bottom 10 in all but unemployment insurance taxes, where it falls in the middle of the pack.
