Toms River couple with business in Eatontown sent to prison
A former husband and wife who owned a bulk mailing company in Eatontown have each been sentenced to a year in prison after admitting to defrauding their clients. Federal authorities say Joseph Bisogno and Kathleen Bisogno of Toms River dumped large amounts of mail instead of posting it.
