A coalition of environmental conservation groups has filed a federal challenge to a new high-voltage power line that would run through parkland spanning New Jersey and Pennsylvania, on either side of the Delaware River. The lawsuit was filed Monday in Washington against the National Park Service. The agency recently approved the Susquehanna-Roseland line, which is slated to run through 16 municipalities in northwestern Jersey, from Berwick, Pa., to Roseland.
