NJ judge rejects Camden district transfer request
A New Jersey judge has rejected a petition brought by parents who asked to move three students immediately out of the Camden public schools. The boys’ mothers filed a legal petition last week claiming the school district is not providing an adequate education and that their sons should be moved to other schools. In a decision released Wednesday, Administrative Law Judge Edward J. Delanoy, Jr., found that the petitioners did not meet the necessary burden of proof to support their claims.
