NJ schools damaged by Sandy

Students at a dozen New Jersey schools are being displaced because of damage caused by Superstorm Sandy.  The New Jersey Education Department says 99 percent of schools are now open, and that percentage has been rising steadily.  Education officials say that there are just 12 buildings that will not be open by Wednesday.
