VA reportedly has eye on Fort Monmouth building

The Department of Veterans Affairs is looking to consolidate its area offices to a large office building on the former Fort Monmouth property.  As reported in the Asbury Park Press, the building in question is an 87,000-square-foot structure and sits on the Tinton Falls portion of the property, in what was known as the Charles Wood Area.  Building 2525 was used as a project management building when the fort was operational.
