The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey has approved its 2013 operating budget. The Board of Commissioners voted Thursday to approve the $2.57 billion budget for 2013. The agency will not approve its capital budget until damage from Hurricane Sandy is factored in. The agency’s PATH train system sustained $300 million in damage.
