A federal judge has sentenced the former supervisor of athletics for the Toms River school district to more than 3 years in prison for bribery and tax evasion. Prosecutors say Frank D’Alonzo received hundreds of thousands of dollars from an insurance broker and shared the money with Superintendent Michael Ritacco.
