4 NJ towns OK school construction, 2 reject

Voters in four of six New Jersey school districts have approved school building projects totaling more than $42 million.  The projects were endorsed Tuesday in public votes taken in Park Ridge, Robbinsville, South Amboy and Westfield.  School renovations proposed in two other towns, Bellmawr and Midland Park, were rejected.
