Agency gives free PATH rides to Hoboken residents

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is handing out free rides on PATH trains.  The agency is giving 30 days of free PATH rides to Hoboken residents.  The Hoboken station was closed for seven weeks after Hurricane Sandy. It reopened Dec. 19.  The agency says the free rides are a show of appreciation after the storm crippled the PATH system.
