QUEEN ELIZABETH HONORS KATE BUSH LONDON

 (AP) – Kate Bush has made Queen Elizabeth’s New Year’s honors list.

Bush has been named a CBE — Commander of the Order of the British Empire, a step below knighthood. She says she’s delighted to be recognized. Paul McCartney’s daughter Stella, the fashion designer, has been named an OBE — Officer of the Order of the British Empire, which is a step below CBE. Actor Ewan McGregor also gets an OBE.
