The Federal Emergency Management Agency is consolidating its Hurricane Sandy offices in New Jersey more than two months after the storm hit. The agency is opening regional centers in Jersey City and Manahawkin on Monday. Its centers in in Cape May, Harvey Cedars, Jersey City, Linden, Paterson, Plainfield, Stafford and Woodbridge are slated to close Saturday.
