LOS ANGELES (AP) – Gregg Allman’s life story is going to be made into a movie. The Hollywood Reporter reports Randall Miller and Jody Savin have acquired the rights to Allman’s autobiography, “My Cross to Bear.” Miller and Sa v in are the makers of the upcoming movie about the New York club CBGB. Miller and Savin say they will focus on Allman’s journey with The Allman Brothers Band, and on Allman as an older man who knows he needs to clean up his act.
