TOMS RIVER, N.J. (AP) — Authorities in New Jersey say they seized 140 pounds of marijuana and arrested ten people during an investigation dubbed “Operation Weed Whacker.”
The two-month investigation began in April and targeted homes and businesses in Ocean, Monmouth and Middlesex counties.
Authorities say they seized approximately $500,000, four vehicles and drug paraphernalia.
Officials say additional arrests are expected.
