JACKSON, Miss. (AP) – There’s a movie about James Brown in the works. And while the singer was mostly associated with the state of Georgia, the movie will be made in Mississippi. That’s because Tate Taylor, the director, is from Mississippi. And he says he wants to d o the whole film in his native state. He says even scenes featuring Paris, Vietnam and other locations will be show in Mississippi. Taylor also directed “The Help,” which was nominated for an Oscar two years ago.
