More snow, ice forecast for New Jersey

TRENTON, N.J. (AP) — New Jerseyans should plan on having to cope with more snow, and icy roads, Tuesday.

Forecasters expect the most snow — up to 5 inches or so — to fall in the Interstate 95 corridor.

Less snow is forecast for other parts of the state.

The National Weather Service expects the snowfall to begin in the Philadelphia region around daybreak and continue until nightfall.

The worst driving conditions are expected later in day as temperatures drop below freezing again and cause icing.

Parts of southern New Jersey got clobbered Sunday with up to 11 inches of snow after forecasters had called for two inches or less. Rain melted much of that snow by Monday morning.
