TRENTON, N.J. (AP) — New Jersey’s business and political leaders head to Washington on a trip that was postponed.
The New Jersey Chamber of Commerce had to reschedule Tuesday’s annual Walk to Washington because of a snowstorm in February.
Gov. Chris Christie and U.S. Reps. Rush Holt and Chris Smith are scheduled to speak at the event that has attracted more than 900 people.
The event is dubbed the “walk to Washington” because most people walk the aisles of the train as it heads to the nation’s capital.
