N.J. Hall of Fame inducting James Gandolfini, Brian Williams, Dizzy Gillespie for 2014 class

Asbury Park (NJ.com) – “Sopranos” star James Gandolfini, newscasterBrian Williams, basketball legend Patrick Ewing and former Gov. James Florio are among the New Jersey Hall of Fame’s 2014 class of inductees.

The class also includes two oft-nominated, never-inaugurated figures: wickedly funny writer Dorothy Parker, the Long Branch native who became a founding member of the Algonquin Round Table, and pioneering suffragette Elizabeth Cady Stanton, who lived in Tenafly while battling for women’s rights.

The ceremony will take place Nov. 13 at Convention Hall in Asbury Park.
