The Doughboys – Local Music Project

This week we’ll give a listen to a band that got their start in the 1960s…The Doughboys. The Doughboys originally formed in 1964 when Mike Caruso and Richie Heyman got together with a couple of guys from Hubbard Junior High in Plainsfeild New Jersey and formed the Ascots. In 1966 they changed their name to the Doughboys and stayed together until the end of the sixties.
