College can be overwhelming with its piling assignments, tests, and more. Prioritizing our own needs isn’t always an easy! During this self-care presentation learn sleep-hygiene, time-blindness, apps to help, breathing & meditation, mindfulness, therapy and conflict. Additional resources will be given at the presentation.
