Join Shore House for our annual Beacon of Hope Cocktail Reception on Thursday, June 4 at the beautiful Navesink Country Club. This inspiring evening will bring together community members, supporters, and advocates to celebrate hope, recovery, and the life-changing impact of the Clubhouse model for adults living with mental illness.

Shore House is New Jersey’s first accredited Clubhouse, providing a welcoming community where adults living with mental illness can find purpose, connection, and opportunities for meaningful employment, education, housing, and wellness support. Since opening its doors, Shore House has empowered hundreds of members on their recovery journeys through a proven, community-based model that emphasizes dignity, belonging, and shared success.

The evening will honor Dermer Dreams, Assemblywomen Luanne Peterpaul and Margie Donlon and our dedicated volunteer Jack Caputo for their outstanding commitment to mental health awareness and community support. Guests will also hear from keynote speaker, Daniel Regan of HealingUS, whose powerful story and advocacy work inspire conversations around mental health, resilience, and recovery.

Proceeds from the evening will directly support Shore House programs and services, helping members build confidence, independence, and lasting community connections.

...is a mobile print & papermaking initiative in which instructors teach the art of making handmade paper as a connective practice and the storytelling experience. Through the transformative process of creating handmade paper from water, cloth, fiber, and recycled materials, FrontLine Arts works to support connecting communities through pulp & print, process, and presentation.

FREE art pop-ups for middle and high school students!!! Families are welcome to register for as many dates as they’d like. Space is limited.
What To Expect
Each month's pop-up will feature a different arts-based experience.
Each session will start with breath-work and a grounding exercise for everyone to participate in.
Projects may include visual arts, literary arts, performance-based activities, or other creative community-centered offerings.
The specific project for each date will be announced one week before the event.

Join us for an action packed evening at The Showroom Cinema! This Family Friendly Game Night will be hosted by our very own Arts High Performing Arts Teacher Trish Tyler! Whether you are there to play, or just watch, she will get you in on the action with your game play.
Each Attendee will receive a small drink and a popcorn!

About Our Emcee!
Lex Friedman is a comedian, improvisor, actor, podcaster, and puzzle maker based in Manalapan, New Jersey. He publishes many daily puzzles every day at Lex.Games, runs the Scrabble-inspired app Tile & Error, and performs competitive improv twice a month with ComedySportz Jersey Shore. Lex is also appearing in the musical Jagged Little Pill at Playhouse 22 in June.

Come learn how to set up sound for a live band in real time at Asbury Book Cooperative with engineer, producer, and musician, Alex Melendez.
Engineer, producer, and musician Alex Melendez will guide you through the intricacies of sound in a particular space. Before you see your favorite band live, there is a whole team of people who set up every instrument, test levels of sound, and get the stage ready for a great show. Without these talented sound engineers, you would not be able to enjoy the music you know and love! Everyone is welcome to participate and stick around for an incredible live band!
During this sound engineering class you will be setting up sound for local band, The Bliss Menagerie: Formed out of their collective appreciation for the muddy, gritty, and lush psychedelic sounds of the 60s, The Bliss Menagerie is composed of Fuzz Boy (Danny Cali), Gonzo Bahoo (Greg Sirico), and Goosman (Ayman Kandil).
Blending their melodic sensibilities with a penchant for experimentation, the trio's sound is both nostalgic yet refreshed—drawing inspiration from the likes of King Gizzard, the Doors, The Beatles, Grateful Dead, Thee Oh Sees, The Elephant 6 Collective and countless others acts.
What started as a one-off session quickly became a steady collaboration with no greater goal than to continue writing songs and playing their music live.
