Big Lots Closes More Locations

Following the chains filing for bankruptcy, Big Lots has announced that more New Jersey locations will be added to the closures.

According to NJ.com, the chain will shutter 9 locations including those in Freehold and Ocean Township. According to a press release from the company, the decision to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy comes amid economic conditions such as high inflation and interest rates.
