(Trenton) – The New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) today announced a free shuttle bus service will begin tomorrow between the business districts in Belmar and Avon-by-the-Sea while emergency repairs are made to the Route 71 Drawbridge over the Shark River in Monmouth County.
