FREEHOLD – A Monmouth County Grand Jury has returned a 22-count indictment against a former Middletown Township Police Department Sergeant for crimes related to multiple forms of abusing his authority as a law enforcement officer and the illegal possession of three types of narcotics, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago announced Thursday.

Middletown, NJ – On April 22, 2024, Chief R. Craig Weber announced that the Middletown Twp. Police Department will once again be participating in the “National Take Back Initiative” in conjunction with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), New Jersey Division, and other state and local law enforcement agencies. The program will occur on Saturday, April 27, 2024, from 10:00am until 2:00pm at the Middletown Township Police Headquarters, located at 1 Kings Highway.
