FREEHOLD – A New York man and a local man have been criminally charged with scheming to steal nearly $300,000 in funds from a Holmdel-based company by creating a fake pest control company and then using the victim’s software platform to obtain stolen credit-card information, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S.
